Discover the benefits of Two Rivers Therapy
You are the expert of your life,
I am your guide.
You know your story better than anyone. My role is to help you navigate it so you don't have to figure it all out alone. If you’ve spent your life being "the helper" or the person who always has it together, this is a space where you can finally prioritize yourself.
We will work on the real, everyday challenges holding you back. If a history with emotionally immature parents has left you feeling anxious or untethered, we will work on processing those past wounds so they stop running your present life. If you are dealing with heavy grief, we will face it together and focus on the core values that can help you rebuild. If you and your partner are stuck in the same exhausting arguments, we will look beneath the surface to break those cycles.
When life changes and you lose sight of who you are, therapy gives you a practical, steady place to reset and get back on track.
Therapy at Two Rivers is simply about helping you reconnect with yourself and integrate everything you've been through, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
Hi, I'm Amie!
I am a therapist and Registered Social Worker, but more importantly, I am a human who believes that therapy should be collaborative, safe, honest, affordable, and more than "head nods and blank stares." My practice, Two Rivers Therapy, is a space dedicated to the perfectionists, people-pleasers, and "deep feelers" who are exhausted from trying to hold everything together. Whether you are navigating trauma recovery, the heavy weight of grief, or the anxiety of a life transition, we will go entirely at your pace. I offer in-session therapy, but I also place a huge focus on ensuring you have real, practical support between sessions while you navigate the messy middle of everyday life. If you are ready to step out of the exhaustion and start reconnecting with yourself, let's talk about how we can work together.
