Accelerated Resolution Therapy

You'll still remember what happened, but your emotional response changes—allowing more calm, clarity, and ease to flow back into your life.

Sometimes, the river is blocked by heavy anchors: trauma, intrusive memories, or distress that keeps you tethered to the past. Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a practical, structured approach that helps you shift how your mind and body carry what has happened.

Unlike traditional talk therapy, ART doesn’t require you to relive every painful detail. Using guided imagery and gentle eye-movement techniques, we help your brain reprocess experiences so they no longer control your present.

ART may be the right fit if you:

Keep replaying difficult memories or experiences.
Feel anxious, tense, or "on edge" without a clear reason.
Notice your body reacting strongly to reminders of the past.
Want a faster, more somatic path to relief than traditional talk therapy offers.
